At nacre studios, we want you to truly adore every piece from our collection. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to make it right with a Credit Note, Refund, or Exchange — whichever suits you best.

A few gentle notes to keep things smooth:

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
• All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with original packaging.

Any pieces marked as FINAL SALE are, as the name suggests, final — no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or defective.
